The 3rd International Poster Competition for Young Researchers – 2025 (hybrid) is a prestigious global event organized by UniV, continuing its successful tradition of fostering creativity, innovation, and scholarly exchange. Following two highly acclaimed editions, this third installment further strengthens UniV’s commitment to providing a dynamic platform for students, researchers, and professionals to showcase their work. This year’s hybrid format combines in-person and online participation, broadening access while enhancing direct academic engagement. The event offers valuable opportunities for academic visibility, expert feedback, international networking, and the recognition of outstanding research contributions.

Beginning with the motto- Competence beyond the box, “UniV”, an international mentoring assistance platform, provides the proactive and progressive holistic education to cultivate individuals’ potentials and talents towards a desired career to succeed in such demanding times. UniV introduces the youths to global competition, thereby empowering them and transforming their abilities to make it into the winning cut.

Guidelines

No payment is required for submission. Only authors of selected abstracts will be notified to proceed with registration and payment.

Submission Process: Abstracts / Summary must be submitted online via the website (competition3.univbd.com) only. ABSTRACTS / Summary SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

An abstract must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

Submission is allowed either individually or as a team. For teams, maximum team member can be three.

Abstract / summary should follow this structured format- Introduction, Objective, Methods, Result, Conclusion.

Title of the Poster: The title should be clear, concise, and related to the content of the poster.

Abstract / Summary must be done to 150-200 words and Keywords: 5-6 words

Author(s) details: Full names of all authors. If there are multiple authors, please indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their contact details (emails, subject/department, institute and full postal address)

Plagiarism work is directly disqualified.

Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting/conference/competition before the Competition.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a suitable quality.

A Presentation / Poster abstract / Summary (optional for first round) can address a specific sub-theme or a combination of several sub-themes.

Please note that a participant can be part of more than one team but each person can submit only one abstract as a presenting author.

Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the abstract has been reviewed and that all information is correct, and accepts that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after the submission.

Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract / summary title.
